The company isn’t in the health field but the sales field. ![]() Overall just don’t work for the company it’ll be nothing but constant stress and very little money into your pockets. This is 90% percent a sales job and 10% personal training. Low morals and characters from upper management. ![]() Pressured to promise potential clients results you can’t guarantee because of schedules or issues they have when they should see a doctor or physical therapist not a personal trainer. Belittling other employees on group calls is also frequent, firing good employees for no cause.There’s no real job training besides a few sale tactics to convince potential clients to spend as much money as possible on a program. Everyday there was another problem from upper management and bosses threatening to post your job online if you didn’t meet their sales goals. If you’re looking for this as your main source of income or really any significant income don’t bother. If you’re looking for a company you can respect and be respected this is not the place for you. However the company isn’t the one you should want to work for. ![]() Training clients is the only good part of the job and can be very rewarding when they are seeing progress.
